Where to stay
Rooms on Derawan, villas on Maratua
Derawan Island covers about 3.5 km² with one main village, so rooms fill up in the busy months. Our private trips stay here in water cottages: Reza Derawan Resort or Water Cottage Alfit VIP Derawan.
Maratua spans roughly 20 km², with several villages. Resorts and over-water villas are more common here; our private trips offer Maratua Paradise Resort, Borneo Cottage Maratua and other resorts.

What the island hopping covers
Our Derawan trips are snorkel-based; scuba diving is not included.

Booking hub questions
There is no fee to use the booking hub; you pay for what you book. For reference, the Open Trip Derawan 4D3N is USD 280 per person, and a private 3D2N trip starts from USD 1,290 in total for two guests.
